I hope everyone had a long, restful, and wonderful Labor Day weekend.

Now it’s time to get back at it — and for those of us in MedTech, that means getting back to Quality.

Quality isn’t just a department or a requirement — it’s the work ethic behind every design review, every risk assessment, every audit, and every patient impact.

Labor Day reminds us to honor the contributions of hard work. In our industry, quality work is what keeps patients safe and companies moving forward.
